Head of Product


We are looking for a
Head of Product – Gaming Experience
to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the end-to-end player journey in our casino business. This role will own how players discover, engage, and remain loyal to our products, ensuring we deliver best-in-class experiences that maximize conversion, retention, and ARPU uplift. As a senior leader, you will manage a group of Product Managers and cross-functional squads, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver impact at scale. You will be responsible for setting the roadmap, instilling best-in-class product management practices, and ensuring flawless delivery of initiatives that shape the future of Gaming at Superbet.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 10+ years in product management, ideally in digital entertainment and/or content platforms.
  • 5+ years managing product managers and leading multi-disciplinary squads.
  • Proven ability to scale customer-facing products that drive measurable ARPU and retention impact.
  • Deep understanding of player engagement mechanics, loyalty programs, and data-driven personalization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams and aligning stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience delivering complex roadmaps across multiple markets. Ability to travel and operate across international teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define the long-term vision for Gaming Experience, putting the player at the heart of discovery, engagement, loyalty, and social features.
  • Translate the vision into a measurable, multi-year roadmap with clear KPIs (conversion, ARPU uplift, retention, adoption).
  • Ensure alignment with the broader Superbet product strategy and company growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing clarity on roles, responsibilities, and success metrics.
  • Build a high-performing culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
  • Establish and embed best-in-class product management processes across all squads.
  • Oversee execution of initiatives across the full customer journey, from game discovery and navigation through promotions, loyalty, jackpots, and social/immersive experiences.
  • Proactively identify and remove delivery bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives against strategic KPIs, and double down on what works.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Design, Data, and Commercial to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Own the innovation agenda for Gaming Experience, ensuring we build features that stand out in the market and are hard to replicate.
  • Champion personalization, gamification, and social features as differentiators in the player journey.
  • Balance sustainable scaling with disruptive innovation to drive long-term competitive advantage.
